The Komsomolsk Refinery project in Russia, carried out by HAIHUA INDUSTRY GROUP, has experienced many unfavourable effects since its construction in 2019, such as COVID-19 coronavirus infection,the construction of the project has faced many difficultieschallenges. However, in the face of various difficulties, with the strong supportstrong leadership of the company, the project department insisted on customer focus, integrityresponsibility, followed the principles,insisted on fulfilling the contracts despite the difficulties. When the facility resumed in March 2022, the dire situation of epidemic preventioncontrol in Chinathe sudden Russia-Ukraine war made it increasingly difficult to apply for a passport. At the same time, a large number of international flights were cancelled,the human organisation of the construction of facilities was severely limited. The project department made timely decisions on multi-trackmulti-route transport of human resources. But overall, the arrival time of staff to work is still a month later than planned,the number of people is 200 people less than planned. Faced with an unfavourable start of labour shortage for the construction of the project, the project department has fulfilled a number of key tasks by improving efficiencyorganising overtime.
Looking back to 2022, judging by the results of work during the year, a reference group has been formed that is practical, hardworking, seriousresponsible, observes labour discipline, is a role modelcreates a positive working atmosphere. For the construction of the Komsomolsk Refinery project this year, all the preparatory works become more thoroughthe construction conditions become more mature.
