On 9 August 2022, after 2 months of serious resolution of multiple problems, 98 lights for Unit 16 of the hydrocracking complex were successfully switched on simultaneously. The first target node of electrical installation work for the Komsomolsk Refinery project was successfully completed.

Due to the early winter in the Far East, the effective remaining construction period for the Komsomolsk Refinery project this year is only 3 months. These three months are critical for us to speed up the progress of workensure production. With the unified organisation of the project department, the entire management staff of the project departmentall subcontractor staff will work together to monitor tasks, coordinate activities, overcome difficulties, fight for one hundred daysstrive to complete the production target node.
