Since April, the local weather of Komsomolsk Refinery has been gradually improving. There are moremore sunny daysthe days are getting longer. As personnel arrived at overseas sites in batches, the on-site construction of each subcontractor gradually gota rut. Overtime work is organised at night to keep up with the schedule. In the midst of the labour competition "Learnhelp to excel" is held,the working atmosphere is getting betterbetter. At the same time, constructionquality acceptance are closely related,a favourable trend of handing in acceptance while work is in progress is gradually emerging.

International Workers Solidarity Day "1 May" is a festive time for most people to dissolve. However, in this holiday that belongs to the workers to ensure that the goal of construction in 2023 is realised, everyone is also working on this day. A total of 636 Chinese employees of the project department arrived on site. Since the resumption of work this year, all staff members have been working daynight at their posts, working selflesslydiligently, gathering strong forces to fulfil the annual nodal targets qualitativelyquantitatively. Usually everyone is busy with work. On the occasion of International Workers Solidarity Day "May 1", the design department of Komsomolsk Refinery  organised the site work in detail in advance. At the same time, in accordance with the human-centred management concept, considering that humanistic care should be embodieda festive atmosphere should be created, vegetablesmeat were added to the canteen of the project department,alcoholic drinks were distributed to encourage all the staff. On the evening of 29 April, the management of the project department hosted a dinner party. The entire management team of the project department came together to celebrate their holiday.

During the dinner party, firstly, all the staff took photos as a souvenir. Project Manager Yang made a speech introducing the general situation of the projectwelcoming the new employees to join the family of Komsomolsk Refinery project department. Next, the new staff members introduced themselves. The project managers toastedcongratulated all the staff members on the occasionthanked everyone for their efforts in the production, operationconstruction management of the project. At the same time encouraged all staff to continue to develop the spirit of couragestrugglemake persistent efforts to achieve the annual goal. Project managersemployees happily gathered together, chatting about domestic affairswork. The whole dining room was full of joyful voiceslaughter,the time brought the dinner party to a climax.
